ABOUT THE SEATTLE WAVE

The Seattle Wave celebrates its 13th year. Since 2001, we have been providing young athletes the opportunity to play competitive baseball in the Northwest. Our season consists of a rigorous off season training program and fifty to seventy games, depending on age.

Our program has graduated many players to the college ranks. We attract self motivated kids that possess a desire to learn and play at a high level. Wave players strive for excellence. Our program is fair, but challenging. The Wave is committed to youth baseball and continuous, relentless improvement.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is simple: Provide the highest level of personal development for our student athletes. Our goal is to inform, inspire, and instruct to maximize personal and athletic potential.

OUR PEOPLE

The Seattle Wave only hires qualified coaches and instructors. Our staff is made up of high school and college coaches, scouts, and college players. We refrain from hiring parent coaches. Background checks are performed on everyone that comes in contact with our kids.

His pitching mentor is Ken Knutson - former Head Coach for the Universtiy of Washington and former Associate Head Coach/Pitching Coach for the Arizona State Sun Devils! Scott also works with hitters and is mentored by Joe Ross - former and long time Assoicate Head Coach for the University of Washington, former Seattle Mariners Scout, and current Hitting Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for the Washington State Cougers!

Ken Santi, Scott's long time friend, mentor, and partner, plays a major role in the program's success. Ken coordinates all the scheduling, fields, travel, and umpires. Ken also contributes to the kid's college recruiting process. He takes pride in seeing them off to the next level.
