NOT YOUR ORDINARY LESSON 

 

Wave Baseball uses a science based approach that is time tested and proven.  Our curriculum is supported by the same methods and training techniques used in college and professional baseball today.  We focus on fundamental movement patterns that transfer to the field and the next level.  We subscribe to the T.R.I.P.S training method - correct Technique, high Repetitions, Intent behind the training, Persistence over time, and Supervision.  It's important to know that you either get better or worse every time you train, which is why you want to get it right with each rep.  Practicing the wrong thing is simply building negative muscle memory. It's also important to know that training and goals match.  Otherwise, it is just an activity.  Think of it this way - World class sprinters don’t get faster by jogging.
